Description

A refreshing and nutritious vegetable smoothie made with carrots, mango, banana, and orange juice—perfect for breakfast or a post-workout boost.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup orange juice

1 medium banana

1 cup frozen carrots (about 4 ounces)

1 cup frozen mango chunks (about 4 ounces)

1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

1. In the bottom of a blender, add orange juice, banana, carrots, mango, and protein powder or Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.

2. Taste and adjust the texture with more juice if needed.

3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can use raw or frozen carrots—just make sure your blender is powerful enough. For extra sweetness, add a date or a bit of honey. Spinach, kale, or flaxseed make great nutritional additions. To keep it dairy-free, opt for plant-based protein or yogurt.
