Description

A creamy and refreshing Tropical Smoothie Bahama Mama recipe made at home in just 5 minutes with pineapple, strawberries, coconut milk, and white chocolate chips. Lower in sugar and easy to make vegan.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

¼ cup white chocolate chips (vegan optional)

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 tsp honey (or maple syrup/agave, optional)

Instructions

1. Add coconut milk, white chocolate chips, and sweetener to blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Add frozen strawberries and pineapple. Blend until thick and creamy.

3. Scrape down sides and re-blend if needed. Serve immediately.

Notes

To make vegan, use agave/maple syrup and vegan white chocolate.

Let frozen fruit thaw 5–10 minutes if your blender isn’t high-powered.

Taste before adding any sweetener—fruit and chocolate are naturally sweet!
