Description

Make both of Panera’s most popular smoothies at home with this easy copycat recipe guide. The Tropical Green is creamy and protein-rich; the Green Passion is light, fruity, and dairy-free.


Ingredients

Scale

For Tropical Green Smoothie:

1 cup frozen mango

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup baby spinach

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1/2 cup passion fruit juice or orange juice

1 tbsp chia seeds

Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Optional: 1/2 banana

For Green Passion Smoothie:

1 cup baby spinach

3/4 cup passion fruit juice (or blend with white grape juice)

1 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen peaches

Optional: 1/2 banana

Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds

Ice cubes or water to adjust thickness


Instructions

1. Add juice and spinach to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Add frozen fruit, yogurt (for Tropical), chia seeds, banana, or protein powder as desired.

3. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

4. Adjust consistency with more juice or fruit based on preference.

5. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

6. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 24 hours or freeze in cubes.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the best creamy texture.

Chia seeds add fiber and healthy fats.
