Description

This thick and creamy Ninja Creami smoothie bowl is easy to make, healthy, and endlessly customizable. Use your favorite frozen fruits, a splash of liquid, and blend your way to the perfect breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup frozen fruit (cherries, blueberries, banana, mango, etc.)

½ banana (optional for creaminess)

½ cup almond milk (or plant milk of choice)

Optional: 1 scoop protein powder

Optional: 1 tbsp nut butter or chia seeds

Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup (for extra sweetness)


Instructions

1. Add frozen fruit and banana to Ninja Creami pint container.

2. Include any optional ingredients like protein powder or seeds.

3. Pour almond milk over fruit until just below the max fill line.

4. Ensure all solids are submerged, then seal with lid.

5. Freeze pint for 12–24 hours upright on a flat surface.

6. Remove lid, install container in the Creami outer bowl.

7. Use “Smoothie Bowl” mode (or “Lite Ice Cream” if Deluxe model).

8. Spin once, add a splash of liquid, and respin for smooth texture.

9. Scrape down sides and respin again if needed.

10. Serve in a bowl and add your favorite toppings!

Notes

Toppings ideas: sliced banana, kiwi, granola, nut butter, coconut flakes.

You can blend fruit and milk before freezing for smoother results.

Do not exceed fill line to avoid damaging the machine.

Leftovers can be refrozen and respun later.
