Ingredients
3 cups frozen mixed berries
2 frozen bananas, peeled and diced
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1½ to 2 cups milk of choice
1½ tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Add berries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add more milk for a thinner consistency if needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
5. Serve immediately or store in fridge for a few hours.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen bananas.
Use plant-based milk and yogurt for a dairy-free option.
