Ingredients
3 cups mixed frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries), slightly thawed
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
1 cup light vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups orange juice
Instructions
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
2. Secure the lid and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
4. Reduce juice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
Notes
Customize with chia seeds, protein powder, or almond milk. Add bananas or honey if you want a sweeter variation. Great for prepped freezer packs.
