A creamy, energizing smoothie made with bee pollen powder, peanut butter, and protein powder — perfect for a healthy breakfast or post-workout drink.
1/2 tbsp – 1 tbsp of Judee’s Bee Pollen Powder
1 cup of Almond Milk (or your favorite non dairy milk)
1-2 tbsp of peanut butter (depending on your preference)
1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1 cup of fresh spinach
Ice cubes (as many as needed to get to a consistency of your liking)
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
2. We recommend starting with ½ tbsp if you haven’t tried bee pollen powder before before using the full tbsp.
You can swap peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter if desired. For added sweetness, try blending in half a banana or a few dates.
